Should I stay or should I go? Nivea For Men Grammy's Afterparty

So, as you may have read from previous tweets... I got invited to Nivea For Men's Grammy's afterparty this Sunday.

First of all, WHAT???!!!

Second of all, AWESOME!!!

But here is the thing - it is happening in Los Angeles, as any Grammy's party should. And I am here in Las Vegas. Nivea for Men is arranging a private shuttle to bring the Las Vegas invitees to this Grammy's party blowout. So transportation is taken care of. It's all settled, but something seems to be niggling in the back of my mind.

Hm, what could it be...? Oh yes, I remember now - I HAVE CHILDREN!

That makes it a lot more challenging. Phillip and I would have to travel down with the kids in tow (probably NOT on the party bus), just so I could go to this admittedly glamorous afterparty at a secret Bel Air estate, which will be crawling with industry insiders (it's co-hosted by Steve Riftkind from Universal Music Group), music stars, and who knows what other sorts of fabulousness?

What do you think? Should I stay or should I go??

    GO! GO!! GO!!! If you like going to glamorous Grammy's afterparty secret Bel Air estates and mingling with your equals, that is. Aren't they bringing you back the same day? Why don't you go and Phillips baby sits? mmm... I don't think I am getting any good-mother-in-law points with that sugestion.

    I should add that we are already planning an LA trip NEXT weekend, so we would be coming back Monday and leaving again on Friday!!

Pinot's Palette Town Square

The twins have been born!! In case you are wondering why I have been posting so little lately, this explains my absence. It's pretty amazing to snuggle two fuzzy baby heads instead of just one! But... it is also twice the work. Because of this, the sleepless nights and monotony of daily life tend to take their toll. Add into the mix 4 other children, whom I homeschool, and you get a mama who is in need of a good night out with friends. I have yet to attend a paint and sip studio, but I am kinda dying to get to one! The idea of relaxing with friends and having a chance to paint with something other than finger paints is very appealing to me right now. A little birdie told me that Pinot's Palette is opening a new location at one of my favorite spots - Town Square.
