    I'm so sorry! :( I read that upping their protein could help fight infection. It was in my breatfeeding book. They say that if your breastfed baby isn't getting enough protein, they get sick a lot. I am going to try and start that with Henry.

    So... just got back from the doctors office for the third time in that many weeks. But it's strep throat going around my house. I think RSV is harder, for the record.

The twins have been born!! In case you are wondering why I have been posting so little lately, this explains my absence. It's pretty amazing to snuggle two fuzzy baby heads instead of just one! How can you battle caffeine addiction? Um, you tell me because I have no idea and I've been struggling hard against becoming addicted to caffeine. Heck, I even struggle against the idea of needing something like caffeine to get through my day. But the truth is that caffeine is like having a secret mommy superpower. Caffeine makes me brave. Caffeine makes me want to live my life to the fullest. I can accomplish things when I have had coffee. It...dare I say it? It makes me a better person. For example, when getting ready to go to the park with the kids, I normally just throw whatever on myself and the kids, and walk out the door.
